The Associate Scientist, Formulation and Analytical Development works reputed company the Product Development team, supporting formulation and analytical testing for parenteral drug products.
Responsibilities
- Prepare samples and reagents for analytical testing and formulation studies
- reputed company routine laboratory testing using techniques such as HPLC, UV-Vis, syringe functionality (using mechanical tester), osmolality, rheometry, and particle size analysis
- Accurately document experimental procedures and results in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and proper functioning
- Support method development, method transfer and validation activities as directed by senior staff
- Follow reputed company safety protocols and maintain compliance with internal SOPs
Skills
- Associate's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a reputed company field
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech industry, including hands on lab experience
- Knowledgeable in analytical testing/techniques, such as HPLC and mechanical testing
- Awareness in pharmaceutical regulations, standards, guidance, GXP, and quality systems
