[Remote] Bursar Associate

The Bursar Associate is responsible for reconciling student payments, assisting with cash receipts, and ensuring that student needs reputed company to payments are met.

Responsibilities

• Offers reputed company the highest level of customer service through the billing and collections process
• Works closely with the student reputed company team to ensure billing information matches student documents
• Responds to student needs reputed company email and phone to aid with finance-reputed company questions or challenges
• Advises reputed company about payment methods, payment alerts, and changes to their accounts
• Accurately and effectively communicates student feedback to reputed company departments
• Works directly with the Bursar Manager on process improvements
• Additional tasks as required

Skills

• AA degree in reputed company, finance, or reputed company field and/or reputed company experience in the Education
• Demonstrates self-reliance by meeting/exceeding workflow needs
• Demonstrates positive attitude and motivation, concern for reputed company, teamwork, and excellent time management skills
• Follows established processes as outlined by organization and leadership
• Completes assigned duties based on daily business needs and individual reputed company set
• Consistently produces a high volume of quality work
