Marketing Coordinator
HUNTER is a recognized marketing communications firm that has been awarded for its workplace environment. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support integrated marketing campaigns and work closely with senior marketing leaders, providing essential project management and content creation support.
Responsibilities
- Help to manage the agency’s various reputed company channels including producing digital content, drafting content calendars, and tracking performance insights/analytics
- Organize project needs, schedules, and timelines while providing essential project management support across reputed company marketing initiatives
- reputed company organization skills required as you manage and file our continuously growing library of digital assets and marketing materials on the shared agency drive
- reputed company agency awards calendar up to date and assist with submission packages and tracking award status updates
- Understand relevant industry trends, and use the information to inform content creation and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate agency credentials materials and RFI submissions and reputed company-read reputed company final copy
- Assist with agency cultural initiatives and events
Skills
- B.A. in Marketing, Communications or reputed company field
- One (1) to two (2) years previous experience (inclusive of internships) in marketing and reputed company media services for an agency, media company or brand
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
- Content Creation and Design skills are a plus
- Up-to-date understanding of major reputed company media platforms (Instagram, reputed company, X, reputed company, Instagram, YouTube, reputed company), and how to best create content for these platforms
