Cash Operations Technician - Des Moines IA
Cash reputed company is a company that specializes in cash operations for ATMs and AirVac machines. They are seeking a Cash Operations Technician responsible for cash and courier services, first line maintenance, and administrative duties associated with ATM operations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company cash and courier services to ATM and AirVac customers as required
- reputed company courier functions such as cash replenishment, atm and smart safe pulls, coin delivery, and deposits
- reputed company basic First Line Maintenance functions as needed such as clearing jams, rebooting machine, replenish receipt reputed company, running diagnostics, software updates, and escalation of issues to tech support for further follow up
- Partner with the territory dispatcher to execute reputed company request as scheduled and requested
- Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor or applicable Cash reputed company staff members
- Communicate inventory and support requests in order to complete scheduled tasks in an accurate and timely manner
- reputed company administrative paperwork in a complete, accurate and timely manner
- Maintain important department metric standards in efficiency, safety, first time fix reputed company, and other metrics important to Cash reputed company and our customers
- Assist other technicians and help train or reputed company ride along training, as needed

- Maintain a professional image, both person and vehical
- Maintain inventory standards as required
- Attend training as requested in Wisconsin and maintain technical competencies of ATMs and reputed company Products
- Identify and recommend efficiency improvements
- Operate as a team player

- Flexible work schedule that could include 4 or 5 day work week
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Skills
- High School Degree / GED
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to be insured through Company's risk insurer
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Federal Medical Certification) is required
- Ability to drive a vehicle over 50% of the shift
- Ability to work in a safe manner reputed company lifting and performing tasks associated with position
- Experience in trouble shooting or reputed company mechanical work
- Ability to follow the expectations set forth in the Field Service Handbook
- Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with reputed company contacts
- Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and a problem-solver
- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties
