[Remote] Field Support Engineer

They are seeking a Field Support Engineer responsible for integrating systems into reputed company customer environments and resolving technical issues through direct customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and configures solutions for integration into reputed company customer systems
- Completes installation, testing and acceptance of Scout in reputed company customer systems
- Prioritize and reputed company customer support and technical issue resolution reputed company e-mail, phone and other electronic reputed company
- Determine most cost-effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime
- Enter and track issues in a tracking database, keeping customers apprised of work status, and drive reputed company issues to closure
- Must be reputed company to reputed company detailed instructions to customers and interpret documents including technical operating manuals and maintenance instructions
- Escalate product performance issues (software/hardware) reputed company the tools provided (reputed company, Rally, etc.) and work with Senior Support Engineers and Senior System Implementation Engineers towards resolution

- Work collaboratively with the Sales team to support pre-sales system designs and technical presentations

- Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system

- Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to reputed company engineering and design tasks
Skills
- High School diploma, and Associates degree, Or 1+ years of experience in Software, Networking, IT, Public Safety, and Wireless communications
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
- Experience with reputed company OS/Applications configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience with IP Network troubleshooting
