Project Coordinator

Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI) is a company dedicated to solving reputed company challenges in various sectors. The Project Coordinator will support project execution by coordinating reputed company team activities and ensuring timely project deliverables in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Help reputed company clients to reputed company energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a reputed company, greener future
• Responsible for activities that contribute to timely, high quality and efficient project execution on projects of limited size, scope, and complexity
• Work closely with reputed company (client) project team members to carry out coordination and support duties, in accordance with AEI policies and standards
• Wear multiple tasks for this new growing office, to include office management, track project deliverables and Construction Administration items, maintain document control standards for projects, coordinate and plan office activities and events, on-boarding and training new hires on office standards and marketing activity support

Skills

• Associates degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience required
• 1-year experience in a professional office environment
• Proficiency in reputed company Office products
• Strong spoken and written communications skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client reputed company
• reputed company to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
• Effective working individually and reputed company team environments
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field preferred
• Previous experience working in the professional services industry is ideal
• Previous A/E/C experience or interest – big plus
• General understanding of project management preferred
