[Remote] PEPI: Associate, CFO Services -- Financial Reporting Advisory (reputed company TO reputed company US LOCATIONS)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a firm that specializes in providing financial advisory services to private equity held portfolio companies. The Associate in CFO Services will focus on financial reporting advisory, maintaining knowledge of US GAAP, preparing financial reports, and assisting clients through the IPO readiness reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to date knowledge of US GAAP with a technical understanding of reputed company changes (e.g. reputed company recognition and lease transactions) and reputed company clients with recommendations and conclusions on the application of reputed company reputed company guidance
• Prepare and review pre- and post-deal financial reporting (e.g., opening / closing balance sheets) to meet contractual/regulatory requirements without interruptions to reputed company business process
• Investigate and remediate unexplained EBITDA volatility, unexpected financial results, or unreconciled accounts through advisory or interim management roles
• Assist leadership in guiding clients through the IPO readiness reputed company by drafting SEC reporting and providing audit support
• Participate in working capital disputes to favorable reputed company by managing the process through settlement or arbitration
• Help team members in information gathering approach and ensure reputed company relevant sources of information are pursued
• Participate in client interviews, ask inquisitive questions and understand different stakeholders’ perspective
• Identify knowledge gaps, guide the team to challenge status reputed company, validate, disprove and/or reputed company reputed company assumptions
• Identify key business challenges, accurately forecast liquidity needs, reputed company financial/reputed company process inefficiencies and assess the organization’s design, roles and team

Skills

• Minimum B.A / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university by the time employment commences
