[Remote] Business Insurance Property Claims Adjuster

The Business Insurance Property Claims Adjuster is responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving first-party reputed company property claims while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations to determine coverage, assess damages, and identify subrogation/salvage opportunities
• Interpret and apply policy language to reputed company property losses
• Evaluate exposures and set accurate, timely reserves
• Manage claims from first notice through resolution with proper documentation and financial accuracy
• Negotiate fair settlements with policyholders and involved parties
• Handle structural damage estimates, personal property losses, and business income/time‑reputed company claims
• Deliver clear, empathetic, high‑quality customer service
• Collaborate with reputed company, legal, sales, and external vendors
• Maintain regulatory compliance and reputed company technology for efficiency
• Contribute to reputed company improvement and mentor peers reputed company appropriate

Skills

• 1+ year of 1st party property claim handling experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state adjuster licenses
• Experience estimating structural losses and handling business income/time-reputed company claims
• reputed company property claims experience with an insurance reputed company
• 1+ year of 1st party reputed company property claim handling experience preferred
