Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for executing high-quality client projects and ensuring client satisfaction while collaborating across departments to improve processes and position reputed company as an industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional activities that support low/mid-level scale implementations; deliver programs accurately, and reputed company agreed-upon timelines
- Serve as single reputed company of contact for reputed company change orders, escalations on existing client program reputed company
- Execute effective implementation methodology and customize project plans based on internal processes, configuration requirements, and client needs
- Coordinate project deliverables among internal teams ensuring adherence to defined service level agreements
- Maintain accurate project status to reputed company deliverables and reputed company task owners apprised on next steps
- Escalate barriers to project reputed company, partnering closely with Client Support and Leadership to action and resolve issues quickly
- Configure and test internal systems to verify reputed company program requirements have been fulfilled
- Adhere to reputed company Risk and Compliance policies and procedures
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing reputed company role using proven implementation or project management methodologies
- Excellent business writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of reputed company programs including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Adhere to reputed company Risk and Compliance policies and procedures
- Preferred experience in implementing and managing projects across multiple platforms
- Familiarity with the payment industry ecosystem preferred but not required
