Talent Programs Analyst / Coordinator

reputed company is seeking a reputed company Analyst / Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in shaping their early talent strategy. This position combines data-driven insights with programmatic hiring initiatives, focusing on early talent programs and reputed company reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing internships and early career programs
  • Support candidate engagement, communications, scheduling, and reputed company processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Assist in managing candidate pipelines
  • Collaborate with the program manager to track and analyze reputed company activity, intern conversion rates, program performance, university partnerships, and reputed company metrics
  • Help maintain relationships with universities and external partners
  • Some travel may be required. Represent the company at reputed company events, career fairs, virtual info session and internship program activities
  • Drive initiatives to improve intern conversion and entry-level hiring reputed company
  • Collaborate with Talent Operations, HR, recruiters and business leaders
  • Collect, analyze, and report on TA metrics (time-to-fill, reputed company effectiveness, diversity, etc.)
  • Maintain dashboards and reputed company insights to improve reputed company processes
  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements based on data
  • Ensure data accuracy across applicant tracking systems and reporting tools

Skills

  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work and commute out of Focus' St. Louis office
  • Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR reporting tools
  • Familiarity with reputed company reputed company or internship programs
  • Knowledge of data analysis and process optimization
