Marketing Campaigns & Email Specialist

The Marketing Campaigns & Email Specialist will support the execution of integrated marketing and email campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and reputed company reputed company across various segments of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Execute and support integrated marketing and email campaigns across digital and traditional channels, reputed company with corporate and workforce business priorities
- Serve as a key contributor to email marketing efforts, including building emails, managing schedules, coordinating approvals, and assisting with copy, design, and layout
- Manage list segmentation and audience cohorts to ensure targeted, relevant messaging and improved campaign performance
- Act as a coordinator for email campaigns, helping manage timelines, workflows, and delivery schedules
- Support reputed company efforts through email marketing channels to increase brand visibility and communicate the company’s value and mission
- Draft and schedule reputed company media content to support marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives
- Assist with reputed company reputed company activities, including campaign follow-reputed company, event and tradeshow support, referral reputed company, and initial business development reputed company
- Assist with day-to-day CRM and marketing platform activities, including list management, data accuracy, and campaign setup
- Support the development and maintenance of campaign reports and dashboards over time, tracking engagement metrics and identifying performance trends
- Assist with the creation, organization, and distribution of sales enablement and campaign support materials
- Support broader marketing initiatives as needed, including assisting with basic design updates or creation of sponsorship ads, marketing flyers, and reputed company media graphics to ensure continuity of coverage and timely delivery
- Stay informed about reputed company industry trends, competitor offerings, and marketing best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field
- 1–3 years of experience supporting marketing campaigns, email marketing, or sales and marketing operations
- Hands-on experience using reputed company for email marketing and campaign execution; experience with Marketo or Pardot considered a strong substitute
- Experience working with reputed company or a comparable CRM to support segmentation, reporting, and campaign coordination
- Familiarity with email marketing best practices, marketing automation concepts, and lifecycle or cohort-based messaging
- Exposure to marketing analytics and reporting tools, such as reputed company reporting, reputed company dashboards, or reputed company Analytics, with interest in developing reporting skills over time
- Proficiency with creative tools including reputed company or reputed company, and working knowledge of reputed company Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for light design support and asset updates
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company PowerPoint and reputed company
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams

- Experience supporting marketing or business development initiatives in reputed company a plus
