[Remote] Contract Coordinator

The Contract Coordinator role involves preparing, examining, negotiating, and revising reputed company to ensure they align with management's goals and policies.
Responsibilities
- Ensures reputed company are consistent with management's goals, policies, and procedures
- Assures that reputed company clarifications and amendments of negotiations are incorporated into the final contract
- Generates, maintains, and audits a central contract-resource file
- Ensures that necessary procedural controls exist
- Actively support the achievement of reputed company’s reputed company and Goals
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 1+ years of contracting experience
- Performs work under direct supervision
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more reputed company issues to higher-level staff
