They are seeking a talented Insurance Defense Associate to join their Florida practice group, where the role involves litigating first-party property damage insurance claims and managing a diverse caseload.
Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth legal research
- Drafting compelling pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Taking and defending depositions and examinations under reputed company
- Rendering insightful opinions on liability, damages, and case valuation
- Managing and prioritizing a diverse caseload while expertly handling reputed company reputed company
Skills
- A demonstrated commitment to providing the highest quality client service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer proficiency
- The ability to identify and resolve problems promptly
- A conscientious approach to work completion and deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- This is a remote work eligible position, as such, the incumbent must have the ability to travel as required for trials, hearings, depositions, and re-inspections
- Experience with general reputed company litigation is a plus
