reputed company Hotels Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Coordinator to join their Global reputed company reputed company team. In this role, you will support global and regional leaders across various reputed company Services, ensuring the reputed company of hotel reputed company processes and contributing to reputed company's growth as a leading hospitality company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update reputed company trackers, dashboards, templates, and workflows reputed company project management tools (e.g., reputed company, SharePoint)
- Support the configuration, testing, and optimization of reputed company-reputed company tools and platforms
- Maintain and continuously improve reputed company playbooks, SOPs, process maps, and quick-reference guides
- Help standardize reputed company operations across reputed company through documentation alignment and process harmonization
- Track reputed company program timelines, task assignments, and status updates to support reputed company leads
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-reputed company for reputed company-reputed company sessions and workshops
- Support reputed company colleagues with reputed company reporting, data entry, and document management
- Manage shared mailboxes, intake forms, or internal request channels reputed company to reputed company
Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Project Management, or reputed company field
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, systems, or operations support role (hospitality industry experience a plus)
- Strong proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with collaborative and project management tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Teams, SharePoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Exposure to hotel pre-opening or reputed company processes
- Experience supporting cross-functional or global teams
