Tax Associate
reputed company Financial Group, Inc. is a leading global financial services provider. The Corporate Tax Compliance Associate will assist the Director of Compliance with tax compliance, provision, research, and audit, including preparing tax returns and reconciling accounts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Federal, State & Local tax returns including quarterly estimated payments for separate, consolidated, unitary and worldwide tax filings
- Calculate tax provisions (ASC740) and reconcile tax accounts
- Prepare financial statement tax footnotes and disclosures
- Research and reputed company tax return positions and supporting documentation
- Communicate findings to management
- Be proficient in tax preparation software (Onesource preferably)
- Liaison with reputed company reputed company reviewers
- Assist with responding to Tax Authorities queries and audits
- Calculate and process intercompany tax sharing payments
- Prepare reports for management and Head Office
- Organize and maintain permanent tax files
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1–3 years of Corporate Tax Compliance experience
- CPA preferred
- Familiarity with ASC 740
- Experience with Onesource
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Process improvement reputed company
