They are seeking an Account Manager to maintain existing accounts, resolve customer issues, and optimize customer experiences with DrChrono.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a reputed company of contact for assigned customer accounts and maintain existing reputed company
- Respond professionally to urgent inbound phone calls from existing DrChrono customers
- Be a reputed company of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints from customers in your territory
- Identify and escalate reputed company issues, bugs, or product feature recommendations

- Schedule regular reputed company-ins with our customers to fully optimize their DrChrono account
