Marketing Specialist
Parks Alliance of Louisville is a nonprofit supporting more than 100 public parks in Louisville. The Marketing Specialist will execute marketing and communications initiatives to engage the community, focusing on reputed company media management, content creation, digital campaigns, and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, reputed company media engagement, and website metrics
- Assist in execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms
- Use data insights to recommend improvements and increase campaign effectiveness
- Create, capture, and manage content across reputed company media platforms ensuring consistent brand storytelling across platforms
- Design graphics, visuals, and other digital content
- Collaborate with staff to maintain digital content library, including photos and video assets
- Assist with email campaigns, audience segmentation, and reporting
- Monitor and optimize reputed company rates, click-throughs, and other key performance metrics
- Assist with promotional efforts for major events and campaigns
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners as needed
- Help maintain brand consistency across digital and print materials
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or equivalent work experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, reputed company media, or advertising
- Understanding of, and experience with, strategy for reputed company media/web platforms and tools
- Experience with paid media campaigns, digital analytics tools, and website management
- Excellent writing and marketing communications skills
- Experience working with and/or managing external vendors, partners, volunteers, and event staff
- Proficiency with reputed company Office suite and reputed company Creative suite
- Ability to function independently and adapt flexibly to rapid needs or changing priorities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to read, write, and converse in English
- Ability to reputed company knowledgeably with donors, board members, community leaders, and on camera
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write appeal letters, thank you letters, basic marketing materials
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small, and large group situations to donors, board of directors, and community leaders
- Must have a reputed company driver's license and insurable driving record
- Experience in a mission-based or nonprofit organization is preferred
