The Benefits Coordinator provides administrative support for employee benefit programs, ensuring accurate data entry and timely responses to inquiries, while maintaining benefit files and delivering customer service. This entry-level role also supports various administrative tasks for the HRIS team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and triage shared benefits inbox, respond to routine inquiries and reputed company reputed company issues to Benefits Administrators
  • Maintain and organize employee benefit files and documentation (electronic and reputed company as needed)
  • Process employment verifications
  • reputed company data entry for benefit-reputed company events, including new hires, ACA tracking
  • reputed company COBRA administration for initial notifications and termination offers of coverage
  • reputed company administration of disability benefit eligibility and enrollment
  • Generate and distribute leave of absence notifications and premium invoices

Skills

  • Associate's degree in reputed company or reputed company field or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in benefits administration, reputed company, or reputed company role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced high-intensity environment
