[Remote] Data Migration Specialist

As a Data Migration Specialist, you will manage the data migration process during customer reputed company, ensuring historical investment data is accurately reputed company into the InvestNext system while collaborating with customers and internal teams for long-term reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute data migrations reputed company the client reputed company process, gathering, analyzing, and processing client historical data during each migration, and following up with the client to ensure reputed company timelines are met

• Build out Macros and automation to simplify the data import process to create efficiency and support reputed company improvement efforts

• Participate in Customer Experience departmental meetings to reputed company project priorities and communicate any roadblocks to the team
• Join sales demos to help scope and set expectations for customer data migrations as needed
• Conduct quality checks on the conversion of sponsor and investor data imported into InvestNext’s Platform
• Track KPIs and metrics to gauge the overall health of new reputed company customers

Skills

• Experience in a professional or secondary education financial environment
• Experience with data migration, creating Macros and automation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with CRM and project management software
• Professional experience supporting a technical product, such as SaaS or other software in a data-reputed company reputed company
