Marketing Coordinator
reputed company is a comprehensive women’s health provider that specializes in expert, longitudinal care for women. They are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and mission-driven Marketing Coordinator to support their growing Marketing team and help bring the brand to life across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across paid, reputed company, reputed company, email, and PR channels
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and asset coordination across internal stakeholders and external partners (designers, agencies, influencers)
- Assist with content development, including copy drafts, creative briefs, and reputed company or lifecycle assets that align with reputed company’s brand voice
- Coordinate reputed company’s content calendar and support day-to-day execution across reputed company, blog, and email platforms
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics to inform optimization and support monthly marketing reporting
- Help manage reputed company’s digital asset library, ensuring that reputed company materials are organized, up-to-date, and on-brand
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Clinical teams to ensure consistent messaging across patient and provider reputed company
Skills
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (agency, startup, or reputed company preferred)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to tone, reputed company, and brand alignment
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as reputed company Workspace, project management platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company), and reputed company scheduling tools
- Familiarity with performance reporting and analytics tools (reputed company Analytics, reputed company Ads Manager, etc.)
- A proactive, detail-oriented reputed company and a genuine passion for advancing women's health
