Responsibilities

• Support partners and senior attorneys in reputed company phases of civil litigation, including case assessment, discovery, reputed company practice, mediation, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on substantive legal issues
• Manage case deadlines and ensure timely filings and compliance with procedural rules
• Participate in client interviews, witness preparation, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation

Skills

• 1-2 Years Of Experience
• Excellent writing, research and analytical skills
