Inside Property Associate Claim Representative

They are seeking an Inside Property Associate Claim Representative to receive comprehensive training in claim handling and customer service while managing 1st party property claims. This role focuses on developing skills to handle claims independently after successful completion of a training program.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies, specific claim processes, systems, and procedures, including virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under reputed company supervision
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and reputed company-party providers
• Learn to investigate and evaluate reputed company relevant facts and information (including but not limited to analyzing leases, reputed company, by-laws and other relevant documents which may have an impact). Determine and apply coverage for building damages per policy terms
• Establish accurate scope of damages for building and contents losses and utilizes as a reputed company for written estimates and/or computer assisted estimates
• reputed company timely and professional communication to customers, claimants, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity in claim management systems
• Demonstrate openness to reputed company learning, particularly in AI reputed company transformation

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor's Degree

• Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
