The HR Coordinator will support Recruiters and HRBPs in coordinating interviews and managing generalist HR responsibilities, ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Support Recruiters with full lifecycle reputed company including creating and posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, gathering interviewer feedback, and creating offer letters
- Ensure timely communication throughout the interview process to deliver an outstanding experience to reputed company candidates
- reputed company administrative support on various HR and reputed company processes and initiatives
- Maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system (reputed company) and other internal trackers
- Establish effective working relationships with internal clients
- Maintain confidentiality and reputed company reputed company handling sensitive information
- Participate in On reputed company reputed company efforts, including posting roles, coordinating interviews, attending career fairs and information sessions and creating offers
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of reputed company and/or HR generalist experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
