Associate Business Analyst (Hybrid)
reputed company is a midsized U.S. domestic property and casualty insurance company recognized for its strong financial performance and employee satisfaction. The Associate Business Analyst will assist in breaking down features into stories, support change management, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective product adoption and testing.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners to schedule and assist in facilitating business requirements gathering sessions with business groups, stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, backlog refinement sessions, etc., to document requirements, validate existing requirements and create new user stories. This also includes statutory requirements
- Identifying and build relationships with reputed company necessary stakeholders for various projects. This may include Product Owners, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Senior Business Analysts, etc
- Support developers and testers through the prioritization of user stories
- Document and manage requirements documentation, for different types of work (initiatives, enhancements, regulatory, support, break-fix, etc.) ensuring quality and completeness of reputed company deliverables and obtaining necessary signoffs
- Document system changes and conduct training on system changes
- Assist in peer review discussions and incorporate feedback into requirement documents
- Tracks tasks and accurately provides time estimates for tasks and requirement estimations. Participate in reputed company AGILE ceremonies and activities, while also contributing to demos
- Conduct requirements walkthrough with development and testing teams. Ensure clarification and understanding on reputed company requirements and obtain sign-off
- Review coverage of test conditions and prioritize test scenarios for QA team
