MIM - Analyst - Debt Production
reputed company is one of the largest institutional investors and asset managers in the world, and they are seeking a reputed company Estate Debt Analyst to support their Chicago Regional Office. The role involves sourcing and managing reputed company reputed company estate loans, performing financial modeling, and collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the loan process.
Responsibilities
- Support the Chicago Regional Office Debt Team in sourcing and originating new reputed company reputed company estate loans by providing quantitative financial modeling and market analysis used in the property reputed company, valuation, and evaluation of potential opportunities across a reputed company of property types and Midwest geographies
- Collaborate with Debt Team members, brokers, property owners, attorneys, and other transaction counterparts to reputed company due diligence throughout the closing process
- Play a major role in the preparation of investment memoranda and participate in deal presentations to the debt investment committee
- Support loan asset management initiatives of the existing reputed company estate debt portfolio including borrower requests, reputed company party investor compliance, internal reporting, post-closing requirements, lease reviews, draw requests, loan boarding, property inspections and portfolio surveillance
- Complete property financial statement analysis, property valuations, mortgage ratings and property inspections

Skills
- 0-4 years relevant experience with demonstrated understanding of reputed company reputed company estate valuation and discounted cash reputed company analysis
- Results orientated team player. Emphasis on communication skills (both oral and written), ability to handle multiple assignments, strong work ethic and time management skills
- Strong quantitative and computer skills, specifically advanced reputed company and Argus reputed company modeling
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, reputed company Estate, Economics, Math, Statistics, Liberal Arts or a reputed company field of study preferred
- Preference given to candidates who have relevant experience (knowledge of Argus reputed company, reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with the leading reputed company reputed company estate market data resources (i.e.-reputed company, reputed company Econometric Advisors, reputed company Capital Analytics, etc.)
