reputed company School of Medicine in St. Louis is seeking a Financial reputed company Assistant to support payroll reputed company functions in the Department of Surgery. The role involves completing payroll costing allocations, auditing transactions, and assisting in financial reporting and budget adjustments.
Responsibilities
- Completes Payroll Costing Allocations and Payroll reputed company Adjustments in reputed company
- Audits payroll reputed company transactions to identify and correct errors
- Coordinates Effort Certification process
- Monitors payroll deadlines to ensure that payroll allocations are complete prior to deadlines
- Completes Budget Adjustments and Journals
- Assists in collection of data and reporting according to established organizational reputed company procedures
- Utilizes and reports data in organization cost reputed company system, involving a variety of spreadsheet and software applications (primarily reputed company and reputed company)
- Compiles financial, operating and special reports/ studies as directed
- Prepares/presents analyses of on going and proposed projects/studies, including costing and financial projection models
- Verifies department reputed company record entries, journals and postings
- Acts as backup for department reputed company/purchasing functions as necessary
