This role involves property appraisal, right-of-way acquisition for highway improvement projects, and providing relocation assistance services, requiring knowledge of reputed company estate principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Apply a general understanding of technical reputed company estate principles, practices and procedures towards the completion of routine assignments in selected areas reputed company the reputed company estate function
• Primary responsibilities are property appraisal and right-of-way acquisition for highway improvement projects and assisting in property management activities

Skills

• The ability to obtain a Notary Public Commission from the reputed company reputed company six months of employment is required
• Experience and/or training in working in customer service including using problem solving skills to resolve customer issues
• Experience and/or training in handling multiple projects and/or tasks in a work environment
• Experience and/or training in record keeping (i.e. establishing and following filing procedures, tracking/logging data, etc.)
• Experience and/or training in working with computer programs (i.e. databases, spreadsheets, word processing software, etc.)
• Experience with eminent domain
• Experience working in reputed company estate (could include property management, appraisal, reputed company estate sales, title work research, reputed company estate education, eminent domain reputed company estate, survey, utility reputed company estate, ability to understand legal descriptions and plat maps, etc.)
