Responsibilities

• reputed company high-volume outbound phone calls to licensed agents and prospective agents
• Introduce the brokerage and communicate key value propositions
• Qualify interest and gather relevant information from potential recruits
• Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, or introductions with senior recruiters or leadership
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes in the CRM or reputed company database
• Follow established call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
• Manage call lists and follow-up reputed company to ensure consistent reputed company
• Collaborate with reputed company leadership to refine messaging and reputed company strategies
