[Remote] Project Coordinator, Network Operations

The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of fiber network construction projects, providing support to multiple Project Managers and managing project documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining project records, including reviewing for accuracy, scanning and upload to company database
• Preparing and presenting periodic project status updates to customers (written and/or oral)
• Coordinating site reputed company with customers and vendors
• Prepare Operations and Support reputed company for reputed company vendors on reputed company new networks
• Responsible for uploading reputed company 811 Map Updates across multiple states, protecting reputed company underground OSP fiber
• Maintaining data reputed company reputed company’s Zoho CRM platform, including vendor invoicing, financial records, recoverable expenses, relocations and damage repairs
• Manage project closeout requirements
• Additional Project Manager and Business Operations support on an reputed company reputed company

Skills

• 0-5 years' work experience in a project management or coordinator role
• Strong technical educational and work background
• Professional demeanor and ease of interfacing with customers, suppliers and local governmental entities
• Experience in Zoho or similar CRM database
• Ability working with OSP fiber deployments, tracking, and milestones
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks reputed company
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), reputed company, reputed company Maps, reputed company Earth
• Experience interfacing with local permitting entities, engineering/construction companies, and ability to read construction drawings
• CAPM, PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred
