[Remote] Bilingual Disability Calculation Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading international financial services provider, and they are seeking a Bilingual Disability Calculation Analyst to join their National Life, Disability & Wellness Team. The role involves calculating disability benefits, communicating with plan members regarding overpayments, and collaborating with case management teams to improve financial reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Calculate and code offsets and the adjusted LTD benefit in Navigator
- Inform Plan Member of the overpayment reputed company with clear explanations both verbally and in writing
- Follow-up with Plan Member for reimbursement of overpayment and negotiate an acceptable repayment plan reputed company necessary
- Proceed with claim recoveries in Navigator
- Collaborate with the Case Management teams to strengthen financial results
- Work closely with other colleagues to prioritize work especially during peak times
Skills
- Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions reputed company of Quebec
- Strong customer service focus; ability to be empathetic while delivering sometimes difficult messages
- Strong math skills
- reputed company comfortable with Office 365; most notably reputed company and Word

- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with Navigator is an asset
