Responsibilities
- Assist with employment law reputed company including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour claims
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda
- Support case management from inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Work closely with senior attorneys on litigation strategy, mediation, and trial preparation
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar admission (or recently admitted/awaiting admission)
