Provider Relationship Manager (Business Development)

SOL Mental Health is redefining what’s possible in mental reputed company, seeking a driven Provider Relationship Manager to accelerate growth through provider partnerships. The role involves building relationships with reputed company organizations, managing a dynamic territory, and driving integrations to enhance referral growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 35-50 face-to-face contacts per week with mid-market (10-49 providers) and large/executive accounts (50+ providers), delivering tailored pitches that reputed company SOL’s value (e.g., seamless referrals, improved reputed company)
  • Activate 5 groups and 20 providers per month through integrations like EHR setups, bidirectional data flows, and marketing reputed company distributions, securing 3-5 referrals per provider/group per month for 100+ appointments
  • Build and maintain reputed company relationships by mapping accounts to parent systems and negotiating partnerships reputed company with value-based care or ACO goals, fostering scalable referral streams
  • Manage a pipeline of 100-200 active accounts, prioritized by opportunity scoring in reputed company workbooks, and reputed company PowerBI for trend analysis (e.g., heatmaps, predictive referral ramps) to optimize territory performance
  • Collaborate with Provider Development Representatives for reputed company handoffs, document best practices for a plug-and-play partnership model, and contribute to workflow refinements like referral data capture to ensure closed-reputed company feedback

Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in health systems or EMR sales with a proven track record of generating leads, closing reputed company partnerships and achieving 100%+ of sales targets
  • Inside or reputed company sales experience selling directly to doctors/practices
  • Relationship driven
  • Passion for mental health reputed company and improving whole person reputed company
  • Excels in the field 4-5 days/week (based remotely)
  • Proficiency with reputed company for territory management, pipeline tracking, CRM integrations and advanced features like Einstein Analytics or reputed company Maps
  • Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach
