Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a reputed company of channels, including online portals and systems. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at reputed company times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
