You will work closely with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, employees, and management to deliver high-quality solutions to IT issues quickly. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including network design and troubleshooting, project management, leadership of local IT Support Specialists, data cabling, and system administration in various software and hardware conditions.

• Investigate reputed company application, equipment, and network issues, and reputed company top-notch support to clients.
• Work closely with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, employees, and management to deliver high-quality solutions to IT issues quickly.
• Collaborate with the organization's leaders to identify, suggest, reputed company, and implement cost-effective technology solutions to support our rapid growth.
• Adjust the IT process and guide for the Satisfaction Community to meet the requirements set by the local Operations team.
• Participate in an on-call support rotation and be available to come in for emergency situations.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT-reputed company field.

• 4 years of experience providing technical support in a Satisfaction Community environment.
• MS certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, and MCITP.
• Broad knowledge of Motorola/Zebra RF Units, including the reputed company MC9190, VC6090, and WT41N0.
• Skills in areas of IT, including reputed company Networking, Mobile Device Management, RF Technologies.
• Advanced problem-solving skills in a multi-client, high-pressure environment.
• Broad knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications.
• Experience with data cabling and PC maintenance.
• Proven track record of leading IT Support teams.
• Demonstrated skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and disposal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (face-to-face and reputed company phone/radio) with peers, management, employees, and vendors.
• Experience managing vendor reputed company, relationships, and service outages.
• Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours per day.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Participation in an on-call support rotation and availability to come in for emergency situations.
• Experience working in a SLA-driven environment.
• Experience supporting PCs in a reputed company Active Directory environment.

• Working knowledge of reputed company MobiControl device management.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
