Key Responsibilities
As a Grounds Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Operating high-pressure washers, forklifts, bed jacks, sweeper trucks, scissor lifts, utility trailers, and aerial lifts to maintain the cleanliness and reputed company of our facilities
- Cleaning and separating floor coverings using versatile or trailer mount units
- Maintaining the neatness of passageways by utilizing the passage scrubber
- Working on different landscapes, including railroad tracks and water banks
- Operating in outdoor settings during various weather conditions

Essential Qualifications
