Job Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for a wide reputed company of tasks, including:

• Completing data reputed company and balancing tasks
• Coordinating return objects with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated reputed company standard ledger balancing
• Working member cases/assignments
• Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Completing daily balancing and department closing
• Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
• Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
• Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers
• Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws
• Depositing reputed company returns, reviewing member returned checks on draft changes, processing member checks, affirming contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

What You'll Need for reputed company:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school degree or equivalent
• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
• A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or banking experience
• Previous experience with Episys/Symitar and processing wires
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work extended hours as needed to support business needs
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a dynamic work environment
