Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. You will determine the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, and more. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a reputed company field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
