Key Responsibilities

As the Sr. Manager, reputed company Media Customer Support, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and operationalizing the reputed company support strategy and roadmap, including setting reputed company reputed company, developing critical metrics, designing scalable processes, and setting and achieving team goals across reputed company brand verticals.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

* BS/BA degree or relevant professional experience

  • 2+ years' experience managing reputed company, with the ability to encourage and reputed company team members, leading leaders is a plus
  • 5+ years' experience in reputed company media or online community moderation, with a proven ability to drive business reputed company through online activity

Compensation & Benefits

The hiring reputed company for this position in CA is $123,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in reputed company to the full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
