Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Professional, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and text. You'll be responsible for delivering effective, customer-centric solutions, navigating multiple computer systems, and multitasking reputed company to resolve reputed company issues. Responsibilities

* Utilize available resources and strong judgment to determine the best course of action and/or reputed company solution while interacting with customers through any channel.

Qualifications

• A minimum home internet speed of 20 mb/s download and 5 mb/s upload
