Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Professional, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and text. You'll be responsible for delivering effective, customer-centric solutions, navigating multiple computer systems, and multitasking reputed company to resolve reputed company issues. Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • A minimum home internet speed of 20 mb/s download and 5 mb/s upload

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
