Role Summary

As a Customer Experience Concierge in our Philadelphia Airport Centurion Lounge, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our Card Members, acting as an ambassador of the brand and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of colleagues who reputed company your passion for delivering extraordinary service and creating unforgettable experiences for our Card Members.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and exceptional
• Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, ultimately making reputed company enthusiasts out of our Card Members

Qualifications

A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
• Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred (travel reservation experience a plus)
• Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
• Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every single interaction
• Ability to listen to the customer's needs, offering confident recommendations, and resulting in high satisfaction from the customer with the service they received
• Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in reputed company interactions
• Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment

Salary and Benefits
