Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Support Representative – Pharmacy and reputed company Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing arenaflex's solution information passage methods and rules to process new patient enrollment and handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines
  • Handling correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and making outbound calls to prescribers and patients as necessary
  • Resolving external exceptions by auditing, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements
  • Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identifying and communicating issues to senior-level staff as needed
  • Acquiring a dynamic professional license or certification reputed company the first 90 days and maintaining a reputed company and active professional license or certification

Essential Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online
  • Basic web search skills, including opening a program, typing in URLs in the correct field, using a web search reputed company, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing online forms
  • Intermediate-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 words per minute, typing by memory, and organizing documents
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:

  • At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment
  • At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by state as recognized by the state Board of Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency
  • Experience providing customer support to reputed company clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
  • Transitional to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 words per minute, typing by memory, and designing documents
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
