[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, conducting presentations, and meeting enrollment targets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound prospective member calls and reputed company outbound follow-up calls
• Handle web inquiries and respond reputed company outbound calls or email
• Present Medicare plan options to inbound callers and complete sales telephonically reputed company possible
• Conduct outbound calls to encourage prospective members to join and existing members to stay with the plan
• Refer leads to reputed company sales representatives for in-home appointments and enrollment meetings
• Follow up on sales leads to meet enrollment targets
• Order pre-sale materials and distribute leads reputed company reputed company tracking system, SFDC (SalesForceDotCom)
• Qualify prospects and attempt to reputed company sales
• Follow scripts for inbound calls, outbound calls, and telephonic enrollments
• Stay reputed company on competitors’ health insurance plans and industry trends
• Maintain focus on production and team goals

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of call center experience or a Bachelor's Degree in reputed company of experience
• Active, valid, and unrestricted State Life, Health & Disability license for states represented or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of hire
• For Medicare, ability to obtain license reputed company 45 days of hire
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
