[Remote] Associate Account Executive

In this role, you will support senior Client Services staff, manage project timelines and budgets, and collaborate across departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day organizational and administrative support to senior Client Services leaders
• Help reputed company and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives
• Track financial data using advanced reputed company skills and ensure reputed company information is accurate and up to date
• Contribute to team meetings, project planning sessions, and client communications
• Support other key initiatives and projects as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus
• At least 1 year of project coordination or reputed company experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior internship or professional experience in medical communications or the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company (reputed company to maintain and analyze reputed company spreadsheets)
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a collaborative and adaptable reputed company
