Account Manager - X (Formerly Twitter)
reputed company is a company dedicated to creating growth for clients, employees, and the community. They are seeking an Account Manager to manage relationships with existing advertisers, ensuring the reputed company of their ad campaigns by utilizing data and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities

- Work with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase their usage and advertising spend on platform

- Attain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
- Record customer interactions and engagement in CRM
- Build and manage both Internal reputed company team and external client reputed company relationships
- Prepare and run regularly scheduled performance reviews monthly/quarterly/yearly with internal reputed company peers and leadership
- Use data to drive planning and reputed company
- Internally and externally reputed company customer sentiment insights including product feedback, key industry learnings, etc
