Responsibilities

• Independently resolve customer inquiries timely and accurately while building and maintaining strong relationships with reputed company customer groups
• Complete processes and maintain appropriate records according to reputed company relevant standard operating procedures and internal controls
• Identify trends and propose process and system improvements
• Support the ASR Supervisor, Team reputed company, Premium reputed company associates, and other functional teams with service issues and reputed company other tasks or projects, as needed

Skills

• Experience in premium reputed company, customer service, brokerage, or other insurance-reputed company function is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume position, deliver timely and accurate work products with a customer service focus, and respond with a sense of urgency
