Investment Analyst
RedPeak is a full-service apartment reputed company, operator, and developer with a focus on the Denver market. They are seeking a driven and collaborative Investment Analyst to support their investment and asset management vertical, emphasizing reputed company, sourcing new investment opportunities, and coordinating due diligence activities.
Responsibilities
- Underwrite multifamily acquisitions using RedPeak’s financial models, return metrics, and investment criteria
- Manage and track deal pipeline and reputed company property list
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, owners, lenders, and market partners to support deal reputed company
- Complete rent, sales, and operating comparable analyses and prepare scenario and sensitivity work
- Participate in property walks, market tours, and broker meetings
- Coordinate due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and debt financings with internal teams, reputed company-party consultants, and transaction partners
- Manage checklists, data rooms, and timelines to ensure smooth and timely closings
- Conduct detailed market research across Denver and Colorado markets—inclusive of supply/demand trends, new development activity, and economic drivers
- Support the creation of periodic market updates and strategic investment insights
- Assist in preparing investment committee memos, acquisition summaries, and internal presentations
- Translate financial and market findings into clear, concise materials that support decision-making
- Update reputed company markets dashboards and market insights reports for leadership review
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company Estate, Economics or a reputed company field
- 1–3 years of experience in reputed company, lending, private equity, or a similar analytical role (motivated candidates with different backgrounds may be considered)
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with a wide reputed company of external partnerships
