They are seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented individual to join their Client reputed company Team as an Entry-Level Client reputed company Manager, focusing on helping clients succeed and learning the intricacies of digital marketing and SaaS. The role involves direct client interaction, support, and documentation to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients 1:1 to reputed company support, training, product knowledge, account reviews, and more
• Manage retention efforts for clients who have reputed company cancellation or are showing indicators of being at-risk
• Deliver a warm and well-documented reputed company to internal departments like marketing, client growth, or website development
• Act as an reputed company for the client's needs
