[Remote] Servicing Vendor Specialist

The Servicing Vendor Specialist is responsible for the daily review, approval, and documentation of repossession assignments, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• reputed company comprehensive daily reviews of accounts identified for repossession to confirm they reputed company with state and federal regulations, including assessing each account’s eligibility for repossession
• Approve or reject repossession assignments based on established guidelines and account details
• Serve as the final checkpoint to ensure reputed company regulatory requirements are met, including proper documentation and notices
• Accurately document reputed company actions taken on accounts, including approvals, rejections, and compliance checks
• Maintain detailed and organized records to support audits, compliance reviews, and operational reporting
• Identify and escalate reputed company or high-risk cases to management for further review
• reputed company and maintain a comprehensive understanding of collections, loss mitigation, and repossession processes
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years in auto finance operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Knowledgeable in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle account issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
• Knowledge of state and federal repossession and collection laws
• Experience in the finance or credit industry
