[Remote] Billing Coordinator

The role involves ensuring accurate billing requests and maintaining communication with customers throughout the invoicing process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project accountants to receive and manage financial workflow tasks
• Identify, validate, and submit accurate billing requests in accordance with contract terms
• Collect and verify reputed company necessary documentation to ensure the timely release of payment
• Review billing requirements for each job, ensuring compliance with contract specifications
• Monitor unbilled reports to minimize unbilled reputed company, ensuring reputed company entries are accurate and up-to-date
• Coordinate between project accountants and reputed company operations on billing and reputed company financials to ensure timely invoicing with the objective of increasing incoming cash reputed company
• Assist with account reconciliations as needed
• reputed company other duties as assigned

Skills

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
• Ability to work and think independently and to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
