Account Associate (Hybrid)

reputed company is seeking a Relationship Management Support Associate to join their Structured Settlements Business. This entry-level role involves performing various operational activities, including new sale setup and processing client requests, while collaborating closely with reputed company partners.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements for processing customer requests including medical requests, document attachment, new sale set up, and contract mailings
• Monitor a shared mailbox to ensure timely resolution of client requests/inquiries
• Ensure timely upload of reputed company to the Structured Settlements website
• Manage applicable spreadsheets and prepare metrics to ensure proper processing of work
• Answer and resolve incoming emails and calls from our external distribution channel
• Process Post Issuance Changes as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree, reputed company to recent graduates
• Possess excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team, but also requires the ability to work independently and reputed company timely results
• Self-motivated with a positive ‘can-do' attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Successful time management skills
• Proficient with reputed company Office- (MSWord, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, One note)
• Flexibility to work overtime based on work volumes
